What information should I include in my first email?
Anything that gives us context: what your business does, what you’re trying to achieve with the site, any examples of sites you like, your rough timeline, and your budget range.
How quickly can you start a new project?
We typically take on one or two new projects per month. Depending on current capacity, we can usually start within 1–2 weeks of signing off on a proposal.
Do I need to have my content ready before we start?
Not entirely. For the design phase, a rough content outline is enough. Full copy and images are needed before the build begins — but we can help with copy direction if you’re stuck.
Is the strategy call really free?
Yes, completely free and no-obligation. There’s no pressure to proceed — if we’re not the right fit for what you need, we’ll tell you.
What if my project is smaller than $10,000?
Our minimum for full website builds is $10,000. If you have a smaller need, reach out anyway and we’ll have an honest conversation about what makes sense.
