Most web agencies don’t think about security. Most security firms can’t design. GhostRoutine was built to close that gap — a two-person team that handles both, without compromise on either.
We started with a simple observation: the startups that grow fastest are the ones that get their digital presence right from the beginning. Not just a good-looking site, but one that’s fast, secure, optimised for conversion, and ready to scale.
Every project we take on is treated like it’s our own business on the line. Because in a sense it is — our reputation is built on your results.
The team
Who’s behind
the work
Shay co-founded GhostRoutine around a belief that startups deserve agency-quality work without the agency run-around. With a background spanning web design and information security, he leads every project from strategy through to launch.
A Cisco Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), he is actively working toward his Hack The Box Certified Penetration Testing Specialist (HTB CPTS) certification — and documents that journey as real-world cybersecurity content for startup founders.
Lee brings the business backbone to GhostRoutine. With a degree in Business Management and Finance and a background in corporate banking at one of New Zealand’s Big Four banks, she understands what it actually takes to grow a business — where the money goes, where the risk lives, and how to make a digital presence work harder for the bottom line.
As a Relationship Associate in corporate banking, she’s built a career on translating complex information into clear decisions for business clients. That same clarity shapes how GhostRoutine communicates with every founder we work with.
